Arju obtained a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Worcester before embarking on a master’s in health psychology at Birmingham City University. During her studies, she learnt how to conduct research and write scientifically, which sparked an interest in translating complex ideas into simple language. Growing up in a multilingual environment, Arju has a passion for making language clear and accessible. She was born and raised in Germany, regularly visits her family who still live there, and is fluent in German, Hindi, Punjabi, and English. In her spare time, you can find Arju doing word searches, reading romance and crime fiction novels or hanging out with her friends over a glass of wine or two.
